Valve cover warning labels discountinued?

Hey I notice the new BMW valve cover don't come with the factory warning labels in orange on the pic. I tried to find them on RealOEM and couldn't find. Is there a part number for these? Actually I noticed some non Genuine BMW aftermarkets come with these warnings but not the Genuine one... anyone knows.
