Who's up for a meet through Angels Crest Hwy in La Canada?
A few of us went up Angels Crest Hwy 2 in the mountains of La Canada around this time last year, drove about 25 miles up, ate at the restaurant up there, and then came back down. It was a good time. Anyone interested in doing it again, or a longer full-day meet that snakes through Angels Crest, over to Lake Arrowhead and then back down into San Bernardino and back? (Picture attached of the route that would take the full-day. From D to B and back is about 45 minutes each way, plus about 30 or 45 minutes eating at the restaurant.)

Angelus Crest Hwy Drive / Mt Wilson
I'd be up for the drive to Newcombs Restaurant...but ya'll have to do the run from Angelus Crest Hwy up to Mt Wilson...great S-turns and pretty much in 2nd gear most of the way...great toss-and-turning and great photo op at the top...then head to Newcombs. Early Sunday a.m. is better for me. Early mornings in general are better...less traffic to slow you down on the way up. This leaves the rest of the day for whatever...
