E90 interior C pillar

Anyone have any idea the difference in these 2 C pillars. Part number 51438036262 vs 51437249674? From what realoem says; the second number supersedes the first. The thing is both are still sold by the dealerships and any genuine bmw part sites. The first is about 75 bucks per pillar and the second is 35. I need to order a new C pillar but no one selling them seems to know what the difference is. Thanks

The $35 one is 1 piece of texturized plastic with no fabric.
The $75 one is the plastic piece with the actual fabric wrapped around it.
