euro cylinder head swap / big valve

Hi all, does anyone know if a m57 335d 306d5 cylinder head will fit a 306d3 m57 bottom end? Any differences between 330d vs 335d m57 apart from cylinder head valve size? mine is a euro m57tu2...

Want to increase valve size in my 330d so figure using a donor 335d head the best way or is it better to re-machine existing head with bigger valve set? Any info / advice appreciated.

I would just get the head machined. Depending on the size increase you may not need new seats.
