DIY Request: Small touch up on paint

Hi, i wanted to find out if there is a DIY on scratches you recive from anything and a touch up you can do to fix them. My car is black and there are few places that i have scraches on specialy one right between the kidny grill. What is the best way to fix that myself and what kind of paint i should buy and where should i buy it from.

touch up paint pens from Bavauto are nice for small jobs
