Who is getting first 09 e92 335i??

Mine just finally showed up in owner's circle as "scheduled for production". I am so excited, also excited for someone to get one before me, as someone's has to be nearing a ship now! Can't wait to see the pics (hopefully with new idrive). So who's got one coming to states???

3 days after my car was build, they started the 09 coupe model .... so for 3 days i lost the possibility of having new idrive ......... la lalal .....

are u sure? when was your production completed? mine was completed sept 3 and still waiting for transport.

positive i checked owners cirlce in it says en route ...and to make sure i called the 1800 number and yup on its way to the preparation center....

But wait, we're talking 09 models here, their production starts sept 1.
even if it's already built AND they put it on a boat already, it will be AT LEAST another 2 weeks before it get unloaded on your side of the pond.

i know am not expecting to receive it till maybe last week of September or early October....either way idc as long as i get it bro

anyone else's scheduled to be completed this week (second week of Sept)? Mine is supposed to be done on Wed, 9/10

How long after completion till its on a boat and en route?

Just a note, there are reports that October 13 is the earliest a U.S. MY 2009 car will be delivered. This is stated to be due to required EPA recertification. May not want to hope too much for that late-September arrival.

i know.... is ok tho i've been waiting since late june...a couple of extra weeks wont hurt....thanx for the info bro

i spoke to my CA yest and he told me that the vessel was estimated to arrive on sept 17 and he said aournd a week and half later it should be at the dealer....so maybe he doesnt know about the required EPA recertification
