Ok Me and Lana have come with a well organized plan....So here are the logistics........Please only quote the list when you sign up and add your name and I will constantly update this post......

The long island crew will be meeting at the Best Buy in Westbury. At 9-9:30am, leaving at 9:30am SHARP!!

We will then relocate to meet up with the Queens/ Brooklyn caravan at Exit 5 off of the Belt Parkway at the Best Buy, 8923 Bay Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11214-6400 and leave there by no later than 10am, with time and traffic permiting. Please meet the Queens Caravan if you are meeting there from 9-9:30am to keep everything on time.

We will then proceed to the take the Verazano Bridge to SI and meet up with the SI caravan at the Outerbridge Park & Ride off of 440/West Shore Expressway and make our way to BMFest at around 10:30-11am. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=e...6&source=embed

Hey guys, is it only the E90 guys meeting at Westbury @ 9- 9:30 on Oct 4th?

Reason im asking is b/c i might be rolling in with my brothers E46 M3, a E36 3 and my e46 3 so i was wondering if there will be other 3ers or M'ers joining the pack that day

Does anyone know if any other crews will be rolling in with you guys? As in the 36's, 46's or any other ones?

I will be part of the LI Crew if everything goes correctly

Kyle, update the OP with the SI info:

Location: Outerbridge Park & Ride off of 440/West Shore Expressway
Time & date: October 4th @ 10:30, roll out will be at 11:00 SHARP

The park & ride has its own exit off of either highway on SI. As long as you're on one going south, you cannot miss it. Its the last exit before the outerbridge. This means if you are coming from the Verrazano, you literally stay on the highway through the whole island and get off at the "PARK & RIDE" exit. This will completely cut out any local roads once you're on SI. This will be the final meet point before heading to Flanders, NJ.
