E90 adaptive headlight error

Hello guys, I switched the headlights on my e90 and now have the dreaded adaptive headlight error. I've seen some YouTube videos on how to code it out but when i follow the process it doesn't seem to take the error away, i removed the $524 from CAS, but when i look for my NFRM i only see FRM, i don't wanna mess with it to much being i clearly can't find it.. any info helps
