Is it bad to just replace 1 spring?
abstarct: my dealership has finally agreed to place a new spring on my rear passanger side after me complaining about a much lowered ride on that side.
The difference was >20mm between the rear left and the rear right, thus justifying for a new spring (???) Is it typical to get only one replaced? or should they replace both sides for the rear??? I hope replacing the spring will fix the ride height problem..... any comments? suggestions??? EDIT: car: 2008 e93, sports package, ~6000 miles

You can just replace 1 spring, for it to be uneven wear basically for it to sag you'd need a lot of miles and time on it. so you are fine just 1 spring if you want to replace it.
