Bump Stops installed Backwards?

Hello,
Roughly a month ago had new front struts put and just now realizing the bump Stops seem to be on backwards..... Is this a major issue ? Will it not preform like it's meants to ? Sorry for the basic questions but really lack knowledge on suspension

Personally if it was mine, I would leave it as is.

Taking off all the components just for that is not worth it.

Agreed, makes no difference if you flip it around, still ends up doing the exact same job.
