335i Has Power but wont Crank

I cant seem to find a way to upload the video besides this link but my car is acting strange, it started for me when i put the battery back in due to replacing the alternator. drove it for 10 minutes everything was fine then i get home tunr the car off then i go to start it back up to take it for a wash then suddenly it just loses the ability to crank. Still has everything else and voltage was running a solid 13.9 while driving with AC on. Need someones opinion before i pay an arm and a leg for a diagnostic at BMW. Please reply is you can think of anything.

Fhack, why are you running your wipers dry? Your video is useless aside from having to listen to the most annoying squeak.

Take a meter and measure your battery voltage with the car off. If that shows good, check for voltage at the 12v primary supply to the starter. Then check for voltage at the crank trigger wire on the starter. Rule out the basic stuff first, like weak battery or a failed starter.

Retrace your steps, you just touched the wire harness, and now you have no power. Something is not plugged right.
