Local garage for Driving School inspection - Moorestown or Princeton
Just looking for a recommendation of a local garage to perform a pre-driving school inspection on my car and sign-up the inspection sheet near Moorestown or Princeton.
Details: I signed up for my first driving school event with PDA (bought my helmet, etc. - very excited ). As with many driving schools (including BMWCCA's), the organizer requires a tech inspection. I can have this one performed in advance by a licensed garage to save time. http://www.pdadrivingschool.com/index.php This morning, I called my SA to ask him to perform the inspection. He was familar with driving schools but suggested that I should find an independant shop to do this. He was very nice but for some reason he did not think the BMW dealer would be comfortable signing the sheet (liability, etc.). He also said that for a new car (Feb 08), I should not get new brake fluid. Just wondering if anyone has experience with the inspection process. Is this normal for BMW to refuse do do this? More importantly, do you have any recommendation of a local shop familiar with driving school inspection forms (either around Moorestown or Princeton). Even better with a contact name. Comments on PDA events also welcome. Thanks for your help! FM. PS: hope you all enjoy BMfest.
