Here are two Alpine 6.5" TMEM-770 headrest screens flush mounted in black leatherette headrests. They screens retailed for $799 each and have multiple inputs/outputs, auto ambient light sensors, built in speakers, remote processors and are fully compatible with Alpine's navigation system, (currently my flip out head unit is fully integrated with them so people in the back can pull up the navi).

Well, lease is over on the car so they are up for sale.

Will trade both headrests with screens mounted for two OEM black leatherette headrests and $200.

Will flat out sell the headrests with screens for $600.

Actually it wasn't that bad. I just ran a new power/ground to the dash there and left all of the OEM wires untouched.

T-MC-G (Tom) is a stand up guy, I've met him in person. If he says they work with no issues, I'll have no problems believing him.

Please share some ideas. I'm still scratching my head on what to feed these monitors.

I lucked out big time, T-MC-G has tidied up all the wiring harnesses and showed me some spaces I can work with to hide more wire work or components like behind the seats etc.
