New engine, misfires

For some background I just installed a new engine and moved all the accessories from my old block to the new one. In the process I took my injectors and put them into the block as well. Now I know that every time you take the injectors out your supposed to install new seals, but I took them directly out and into the new engine, each one was out for roughly 20 seconds before they went into the new block. Plugs and coils are brand new. Think I just need new seals ?

I would start with those seals first.

Will do, you think I need the metal couplers as well?

The injectors are from the old engine, the only thing changed was the engine itself. But I think the new seals have fixed my problem. I was able to hit 17 psi with no misfires so I believe they are doing their job!

The injectors have fixed the problem but now I get a fuel mixture control code for bank 1, and misfires when cruising, no misfires on throttle. I don't understand why as I didn't get this on my old engine. Any ideas ? The only thing that I've changed is new plugs with a slightly smaller gap (.02 rather than .022), but I don't think that would affect this.

Possibly a bad o2 sensor on Bank 1. Any other misfire faults?

No, no misfires codes at all, just the mixture control fault. Is there any way for me to confirm it's o2?
