I have a e90 (07) that won’t start because the steering wheel is locked, I’ve did lots of research and basically I would need to reset the counter. Is there anybody in the 10566 area that can do this for me ? Yes I have money

Resetting is not a solution.
What i recommend is disable elv steering lock by programming cas. This is the cleanest.
If you have kdcan cable i can do it remote
