Help need lease calc!!!

I am picking up my new car tomorrow and I need to check the dealers lease calc on my new 09 e92 335i. The negotiated price with all options is $53,220 so they are getting a very fair profit. What should my lease payments be with the current residuals and money factor - 36 months at 15k mi year?

Also I am being told by CA that the $825 acquisition fee on BMWFS lease agreement is non-negotiable and in addition to destination fee. Is this required?

He was being honest. BMW raised the acquisition fee on 09 models to $825 and it is required on every lease. You can go to www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm and calculate the numbers yourself. It's very accurate so you can use those numbers.
