Best bang for my buck
I would like to lower my car but i am wondering where i can get the lowest price on springs? preferably H&R springs.

Try asking Nick@jlevi on this board, good and reputable vendor on this board. Very fast and great communication, I got my H&R Race from them, but sold it. I would recommend h&r springs for the lowest and affordable cost to lower your car.
