Hard to believe (zaino)

I have used Collinite for years and it last very long. It is a paste but easy to apply and take off. I find it hard to believe that zaino will last long when it isn't a paste?

If I just want a cleaner wax and a finish was that lasts what should I get. My car will be brand new when I wax it and really don't want to clay bar and all that crap. I want to protect it and have it shine like crazy.

I was a little skeptical at first .

Did my first full Zaino job a couple of weeks ago. Due to a back injury I haven't washed the car since and it is still shining! Finish is nice and smooth to the touch.

Try it, you'll be impressed.

paste wax has nothing to do with durability. Chris

Paste waxes tend to carry less selvents and more carnuba than liquid carnuba products... But besides that, zaino is one of the more durable sealants you can buy, with a shine thats a bonus.

If you're speaking of collinite insulator wax then yes, it is a very durable wax even though its a carnuba. Has tremendous gloss to boot too. Zaino, properly applied and maintained will give you minimum 6-7 months. Collinite properly applied and maintained will give u minimum 5 months. It also has a higher melting point than traditional carnuba waxes so techinically, its a carnuba wax with sealant capabilities, with the carnuba look as a bonus.

I can't comment for Zaino, but any polymer based wax/polish will last longer than the natural (carnauba) waxes. In my experience, carnauba waxes last a little over a month under normal use.

I personally use Klasse on my car. One coat of Klasse AIO followed immediately by SG will generally last me 6-9 months. I last waxed my car in September 2005 almost 8 months later, I still have a layer of protection (it was raining quite hard this weekend and the water still beads on my car). I am very impressed considering the harsh conditions to which my car has been exposed (snow, salt, etc.).

Just had my car detailed yesterday using Zaino products.
My detailer showed me this article. He used to use other products, tried Zaino, and now uses nothing else.

BTW my Jet Black 330I looked amazing.
