INPA Error IFH-0018

I am getting this error. Any idea whats going on? Thanks.

It's a COM port error

If you've correctly installed the FTDI driver, the most common problem is forgetting to set the Latency Timer

Assuming your cable is assigned to COM1:
Device Manager->Ports (COM & LPT)->USB Serial Port (COM1) ->Port Settings-> Advanced->Latency Timer = 1 ms.
