335d Tuning

'10 335d 109k miles.

I live in the Sacramento Valley and cannot find anyone to tune my diesel. Companies online will not send tunes out this way due to CA oblivious rules and regulations. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or am I at a dead end here?
