335d Injector Seats
Hi Diesel Bros,
Bought a 2011 335d a while back with a whole litany of problems. The dreaded inaccessible turbo oil supply line had a solid leak, cylinder 5 was blowing sooty exhaust out past the injector body, NOx sensors, DPF heater… a hot mess. I’ve got the whole top end apart and have cleaned up the injector bores and seats. My question to all of you is does this look good enough to put it back together, or do I need to do more? Pictures are in order from front to back. Cylinder 5 was the problem child and I think it looks serviceable now. Thanks for looking and weighing in! Pieter |
