Spare Wheel

I have a 2011 bmw 328i xdrive wagon. The wheels are 225/45r17. I'm currently replacing the run flats so am looking to obtain a spare. On your website the spares available for the E90 and the E60s are the same, 135/80-17, 25.5 inch diameter. I have been able to find reasonably priced used spare wheels for the E60s but not the E90s. Given the fitments are the same, wouldn't I be able to get the E60 spare with those fitments to work on my car? Or is there a detail I'm missing? I read about certain diameters not clearing the front breaks, but these two diameters are the same, so I'm confused why it would be a problem? Any help would be appreciated!
