Broken fuel filter line Quick Connector

Does anyone know what size is the fuel Line for the male fuel filter quick connector? Broke while trying to disconnect the line from the regulator/filter assembly under the Drivers side rear seat. Also what would be the best method for changing the line fitting since its barbed?

It should be an 8mm or 5/16in male quick-disconnect. Somebody else might have to chime in on replacement because I am not personally sure if it's possible.
