Had a few goals in mind when starting this process. Seeing how E85 is not an option for me, I knew the car was going to go with meth injection. But let start with 93 Pump,

Yeah, the N54 motors really love octane. My RB TWO's are making right at 500hp on 93......but with an E40 mix I'm up around 550-575, and that's limited because my HPFP just cant' flow any more fuel. If you had access to e85, you would easily be up in the 600hp area.
Hopefully that meth kit will help you out, but make sure it's got some safeties wired in. The last thing you want if you are using meth for fueling is for a nozzle to get clogged, or a pump to crap out, or a solenoids to stick shut.....Boom goes your motor if the meth stops flowing. On a side note....how laggy is that single turbo compared to twins? ![]()

You can't go wrong with either one. I have the RB GF turbos on my 335is.

Sure, is 500whp on 93/575whp on E50 something I can expect the turbos to comfortably do at redline for say, autobahn lengths of time? I don't want to be overspooling these turbos at 6800rpm at high speeds on track or on the street. (btw great numbers for 93 OP, that's really proper for 18psi)

rob.rbturbo@gmail.com Yeah 18psi on a Stock turbo is not comparable to 18psi on RB 1/2 or Game Finishers. |

They pull up past 7,000rpms.....and don't fall on their face under 6,000rpms like the stock turbos. The response is instant....no lag. The will max out the stock fuel system.....if I went with a PI setup, I would probably be in the 600hp range on a straight e85 mix.... But for a daily driver....a 500+HP 335i is great! |

With stock low pressure system, you can absolutely max it out with ones. If you have a healthy pump you should be able to do it, but it would be worth upgrading for peace of mind because you might be in the 50s in pressure.

Thanks for sharing OP. I plan to do a bottom (or top?) mount 6266 or 6466. Get her feeling good on pump and then dive into E mixes and port injection. Good to know that the car will hit 500-550 on pump depending on the turbo.
