OFHG/oil coolr leak after gasket replacement, 07 335i

What further steps should I take to fix a OFHG/oil cooler leak after replacing the gaskets?

The leak seems to start from the oil cooler lines. I replaced the O-rings again. No resolution.

I searched the forum and did note one topic, that I'm unable to find, is to replace this part that I attached and circled. Is this a true fix or someone who was experimenting? What is this part.

At the moment I need to lift the car and have a better look.
