Clunk noise when coming to a complete stop.

Hi all - I have a 2008 335i Sedan with an issue that's been driving me crazy!

For a while, I've been hearing this clunk noise when I come to a full stop. It happens like a second after the car stops. I have replaced the passenger side control arm (lower) and It didn't seem to help. Funny thing is that it doesn't do it when the car is full - basically when I'm transporting a lot of things making the car heavier.

I've also noticed this same clunk noise when I come to a complete stop, but when the transmission is in neutral (Auto transmission). It is also significantly worse this way.
