Question Mtec HID Kit - H7 8000K

HELP!!!!!!!
Has anyone had any experience installing this kit? I just got it a couple of days ago and my technician installed it and its supposed to be error free, which I have read on this post a lot of people have been happy with this kit, but I am having these problems:
1. 95% of the time the error message is on when i turn my headlights on. If i have just the angel eyes on then there is no error message
2. (Number two is a big problem for me). After about 15-20 mins of the headlights being on, one side will turn off. The first two times this happened it was the passenger side, the last time it happened it was the driver side. If I turn my car off for a couple of mins then turn it back on then both headlights come on.

I am not sure if the large bundle of wires with those six little boxes attached needs to be installed, my tech didnt think so?

If anybody has any insight I would greatly appreciate it. Theres nothing more frustrating or embarassing then driving a $40k car with only one headlight on!!
