Which condo layout would you choose?

Poll added.

They both have the same square footage, just that they are partitioned differently. Which one would you prefer and why? I've highlighted the support columns in red.

Left, bigger living area, more defined spaces (I'm not a fan of houses with one giant room for kitchen, dining, living etc). Also master bath seems bigger. Some things I don't even know what they are, but whatever.

Left. Silly to have two dining spaces and a tiny living room. You're gonna spend most of the (awake) time in the LR, second most time in the kitchen, and almost no time in the DR.

I think they were trying to achieve a separate TV room and living room for the RIGHT layout, but, you're right, it's kinda pushing it since it's not a big space overall. If I had the RIGHT layout, I'd put the TV in the #5 area and move that living room stuff to #11.

I just noticed the master bedroom tv on the right.... fucking savages!

Even if you put the living room where they have the second dinning table on the right pic you still have that weird empty little space where they put the living room. The right is just bad.

Just noticed left is missing 13 which I'm guessing is a closet? Only good thing about right I guess, I would still go left and throw some shit away.

Left for sure, the tiny TV area on the right is a deal breaker for me. As others have said, left maximizes living space.

Didn't even notice that. Clearly the right layout was designed by satan himself.

Savages as in the TV doesn't face the bed? Agreed.

The #s don't necessarily correspond so #12 LEFT=#13 RIGHT=laundry.

OK since the poll result is overwhelming, RIGHT is actually ~7% more expensive. Now, part of that is cuz it's a few floors higher but the strange thing is that all the flats are in the LEFT format so they *intentionally* changed it for the highest floor to make it have the RIGHT design. I guess they screwed up since most think it's a worse design.

If customizing (mix and match), left with its 9, 10, 11 replaced with 8, 9, 10 from the right. Plus, no island sink.

If I wanted to sit in a chair and watch TV I would just go to the living room... not sit in my room. If I watch TV in my room (which I almost never do except if I'm sick or something) I want to watch it from bed.

Laundry makes sense I guess thats what the 2 little doors mean. Even less reason to go with right one.
