Purchasing Helix

I'm currently thinking about purchasing the helix attache tune as I feel it has the most positive reviews and least amount of problems.

I also want to get some downpipes (don't know which brand yet)

If i put these both on my car will the car have problems?
For example...do i need o2 sensors...intake...or will it be fine without these
things

You will have 0 issues with the tune. I tuned the latest revision to adjust boost and fueling for the mods on the car. with the boost and airflow you will be pushing with the aforementioned mods an intake would also help in the power dept.

AR for downpipes, great piece of product and support. You will need the O2 simms if you get the catless one. BurgerTuning sells those.
