Opti-Coat Pro+ vs. Adams Graphene Advanced
Taking delivery of my new X5 soon and looking to get it ceramic coated at my local detailer shortly thereafter. I have the choice of either Opti-Coat Pro Plus or Adams Graphene Advanced, any recommendations between these two? Anybody have any real-world experience with either one? The detailer is recommending the Adams, but I haven't heard much about the graphene products.

i recently detailed my father in laws infiniti sedan. he purchased the buyout on his 3yr lease. never washed it and was kept outside in florida weather. it was a mess. the wash alone took forever to get all the dirt out. but i 3 stepped polished it and applied the adams advanced. wasnt the easiest coating to apply, and not my favorite. i cant say the graphene was anything special. it beads well, but he still keeps it outside and doesnt wash it much. i have applied Gtechniq, cquartz sic, carpro, and my favorite coating has been the kamakazi zipang coat. the kamakazi is what i have on my alpine white x5. will be doing that coating on the wifes aviator when it comes in. my 2 cents on the adams. |
