They're not too bad, the 2 rear ones have a little scrape but everything else is glue, I'm assuming from one of those rim protectors

Usually reps don't have the stampings on the insides of the spokes, or on the lips. I'm not a BBS expert, but they look real to me.

Thanks man, yeah if they're reps, they're real good ones, but they don't say BBS anywhere on the inside of the wheels, which throws me off a little

Yeah I've actually seen that post, but these don't have the metal valve stems (but they could have obv been replaced before) and other than that, I've compared them to the pictures on the BBS site, and they look the same to me

FYI. Real ones definitely have "BBS" stamped on them. Mine certainly do. Those are replicas.

Do yours have it stamped on the inside as well?

Yeah these wheels have that as well, but nothing on the inside of the wheel, except the CH.... on the inner lips

They're actually not that badly curbed, 2 spots on the back wheels, but they do have glue stuck to them (with cardboard stuck to that in the pictures), presumably from those rim protectors

Hey, as long as you’re happy. Weigh them and compare to BBS website

That's a great idea, I've already ordered new rear tyres, might give that a go while the old ones are off

My bad, but you are definitely correct. I’ll just head back to the “you’re know you’re old” thread.

No worries mate, these wheels throw me off as well, I bought the whole set for the price of 1 new wheel, which is why I'm sceptical lol. But it just now occurred to me to google the CH104 and CH106 instead of the general "BBS CH", and if they are reps, they're the best reps I have ever seen

I used to have BBS CHs on my E46 - these look real given the BBS and JWL stamps. Great wheels, enjoy!

Thanks man, from all the replies and the further research, I'm 99% they're real, which means I did one hell of a deal lol

Wheels curbed that bad may also be bent as it seems the owner wasn't overly kind to the wheels.

No most of the shit on the lips isn't damage, it's glue (my guess is from one of those rim protectors), they only have 2 small patches of curb damage.
