Do you guys ever search the forums for people who have bought their car in for service? To see if its been piggybacked, etc.

I search to see what people are saying about our Center on a pretty regular basis. I have much better things to do than try and figure out whose got what installed on their car though.

BMWNA does according to some forum rumors.

It makes no sense for a dealership to do it since they aren't even paying the bill.
