Will 4 wheels/tires fit in my e92?
Quick question - Can I fit the stock sport package wheels and tires INSIDE the trunk/back seat of my e92? I ended up closing a deal on a car yesterday (a few months ahead of plan) and need to put my stock wheels/tires in storage when my winters arrive this week.
And yes, I'll post pics when I pick up my new ride. Thanks! |

You can do it, typically we fold down the seats and put one or two in the trunk and the rest in the back seat. I recommend covering the seats in plastic bags to protect them.

yea, 100% possible, and not that hard at all.
put the rear seats down first, then throw 2 wheels in side by side with their top facing up. after that push one through the trunk all the way until it hit the the wheels at the rear seats. last, tilt the last tire and lay it on top of the wheel that is already in the trunk.

Thanks for the quick replies! I was planning on picking up my car in March and not having to deal with this until fall...but I couldn't pass up the deal I got this weekend.

Yes, it will work even with the sport pkg wheels.
Fold down the back seat. I put one flat in the middle of the back seat, then two that are tilted across it. Those I load in from the side doors. The last one fits in the trunk. I would wrap them in tire bags or put down a tarp if they are dirty. |

1 in the trunk, 3 in the back seat vertical. That's how I switch between winter and summer setups. wrap everything in plastic and lay another layer of protection on the back seat and you'll be fine.
