Hi: I am selling my 2009 335i.
I have owned the car for 10 years. As myself and the family get older, my interest has changed, and I now prefer to drive an SUV. I hope this car can go to a good owner who will enjoy it as I once did.

The car has a clean title, and passes smog with no check engine light.
The car has no rust whatsoever, as it has lived in sunny part of California for all its life.
For full disclosure, this car exhibits wastegate rattle (to me, it is only audible when going downhill under engine braking with windows down, such as when driving into my office underground parking). And it has sticky door handle/vinyl on front-passenger side. The rest of the car seems to hold up pretty well.

Here's the car history:

6/29/2013 (39,484miles) - bought car from San Francisco infiniti dealer
7/2013 - 19” VMR 710 wheels installed (Hyper silver) - 235/35/19(f) and 265/30/19(r). Stock 18" wheels and tires will also be included.
8/3/2013 - JB4 installed + VRSF DP (no CEL)
8/15/2013 - Rear bumper replaced with OEM M-Sport bumper, due to a colleague hitting the back of my parked car at the office parking lot. (It was a very low speed collision, as you could imagine a typical office parking lot speed. But since her insurance is paying, I told the insurance adjuster I wanted an M-sport bumper.).
8/31/2013 - Helix intercooler install and methanol injection (meth tank is not installed at the moment)
10/11/2013 - 335is exhaust install (stock exhaust is currently installed.I could include the 335is exhaust in the sale)
10/15/2013 - injen intake install (This part has CARB exempt sticker, but it is no longer installed. Injen intake can be included in the sale.)
4/15/2014 - front brake pads change
7/1/2014 - oil change, 44k miles
11/1/2014 - reinstall stock intake
12/30/2014 - install front and rear Koni FSD shocks/suspensions.
3/15/3015 - replaced spark plugs
5/1/2015 - battery replacement
5/17/2015 , 48k miles - installed Quaife LSD rear differential (from HP Autosport), with redline 75w90 gear oil. Installed Whiteline rear subframe bushings insert.
6/7/2015 - 48785 - bled brake fluid (all four corners). Installed Eibach front 28mm swaybar. Installed M3 front upper and lower control arms.
6/14/2015 - installed Eibach 15mm rear swaybar
8/30/2015 49952 miles - oil change mobil1 0w40 6.5qt, and Mann filter
8/13/2016 54318 miles - oil change mobil1 0w40 6.5qt, and Mann filter.
9/18/2016 54836 miles - change rear brake pads and replace rear brake sensor
7/8/2017 59360 miles - bled brake fluid with ATE blue.
5/26/2019 65200 miles - oil and oil filter change
2/24/19 - Battery replacement
6/10/2019 65229 miles - changed water pump and thermostat. Flushed/replaced coolant.
6/9/2021 66,450 miles - Replaced all six injectors with brand new index-12 injectors from FCP Euro
6/18/2021 66,509 miles - Repair / re-solder four of DS shifter wires. (common repair and recover the functionality of Sport Mode)
7/2/2022 - Two safety recalls performed at Stevens Creek BMW dealership: Takata Airbag and Blower motor wiring
8/2/2022 67,030 miles - Oil filter housing gasket replacement. Includes oil change and coolant change
