Been gone for a while...
Diagnosed with Parkinson's two years ago. Horrible fucking disease. Will try and duck in here some more.
No need for, "my grandad had it"--I am 54 and sick of hearing that. If you care to, look up the disease and learn something about it. THAT I would appreciate. Nice to be back and still love my 21 Mineral WM M340. Just takes me longer to type now with one finger.

I'm sure the last thing you want to hear is a person throwing out medical ideas. But I'm the kind of person who lives on the NIH website reading studies for a hobby.
Just curious if you have tried or your doctor has recommended trying methylene blue? Parkinson's runs heavily in my family so I've been researching for my potential future. I currently take MB but for unrelated issues, makes a big difference! Also I would bet money you are low in vitamin D and magnesium. I am clinically low in both and now have to take a prescription vit D. Both can contribute to Parkinson's as well, my family is genetically low in vit D. Nicotine (not smoking) can be a BIG help since you are low in dopamine. There is also one more thing that WILL work but it can be rough on the stomach and cause some mental issues if you aren't careful. Mucuna pruriens is the one but I would try the nicotine first. I'm sure I've overstepped but I just want people to feel well and enjoy life. Anyway welcome back and enjoy taking your bimmer for a spin! |
