Noob used 10W-40

Guys i used 10w-40 in a N52, i am at 111k mileage. I am located in a tropical climate / South East Asia. There is no winter season over here.

Can i make do with 10W-40 ? The car is rarely used, short drives during weekends and just fired up every two days to warm up the car.

Yes, you are totally fine. The 10W and 40 weight specifications will not be impacted by your warmer climate.
