That's a pretty rare amp in the states. I'd check eBay in other countries; Lithuania seems to have a ton of BMW parts though I'm not sure if some are listed on the US store and some you'd have to search their region's eBay for.
Edit: Just searched eBay for "e90 alpine amplifier" and there are 4 or 5 readily available in the $200-300 range. That's your best bet IMO. |

there should be plenty of them in a US ebay if you look up using part number
