N52 328, 128 or 135 OEM+ muffler upgrade?

I have a 2008 N52 328i and I'd like the muffler to be louder & more aggressive under hard acceleration but otherwise be close to the stock sound so OEM+.

I will keep the headers, cats, and resonator and am trying to not spend much.

So from other posts these seem like the muffler options:
128 - same 2.5" as my pipes
135 - need to convert from 2.5" pipes to 2.75" muffler
330 - heavier than the other options but I guess doesn't need custom mounts? Need to convert from 2.5" to 2.75" pipes or possibly get muffler + pipes from resonator back for a 2.75" pipe upgrade

What is the ranking in terms of aggressive sound: 128 < 330 < 135? Would a 128 really be much of a difference than stock?

What is the estimated cost of custom mounts for the 128/135 and for 2.5" to 2.75" conversions for the 135/330?

If I manage to get a 330 and pipes after the resonator, is that much more to install than the other options?

I'd weld the flaps open and not mess with vacuum lines, which other posts seem to say will make it louder at idle and cold starts. Thanks for any input!
