Unhappy ccid 119, 122,(gong) everytime I signal, but work fine

These warning keeps popping up on my 2011 e91 328i. My turn signals work fine when I look at them outside at the car, and when my lights are off during the daytime its fine. They blink normally in the day time and fast for 3 clicks at night when the codes are getting thrown.

The issue is once its dark they get set of and i get the gong EVERYTIME I SIGNAL. Its driving me nuts to say the least. I also have ccid 295 which is adaptive cornering light failure. Not sure if this has anything to do with it but any tips on why this might be happening is greatly appreciated. I wanna clear all these codes for good asap.

I just bought it from a used car dealer any they said they changed the halogen bulbs to led, could this have anything to do with? TYIA
