Can anyone identify a part that I found, when I removed the undertray

Hi,
I removed the undertray on my car and the part pictured came out.
Can anyone help me identify where this has come from?

N54 right? Most likely the band thats slips into the stock intake airbox. I slipped it out abit and took a pic.
