No Boost after reinstalling Catless DP
Hey guys, recently had to reinstall the cat for emissions. Passed emissions and then went to reinstall the VRSF catless downpipe. After reinstalling, I noticed a terrible metal vibration under acceleration, JB4 shows 0psi of boost (0.5psi max) and the car stalls if using power steering to turn all the way to one side. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the downpipe after the first install, making sure that the vband clamp wouldn't interfere with the wastegate actuator, testing it to make sure it could close. Still no boost, rattling moderately present. I checked everything after the turbo and its all sealed. Only major changes was new pre-cat O2 (installed when cat was on the car). Nothing else has changed. Tried resetting lambda regulation and lambda sensors to no avail. I have a road trip coming up this Thursday and really need to get this resolved

Do you have any codes? Will it still stall out turning the steering wheel all the way after re-installing the catless DP?

I assume you had the air duct and engine covers off to access the O2 sensor plugs, any chance you put a shop rag or something in the open turbo inlet, and maybe one got stuck in there? Or maybe some debris could have fallen in there, blocking the compressor?

Yes, I figured it out. Something must have snagged the wastegate vacuum line as the line was disconnected. Interestingly didn't throw codes, might be the tune I have loaded up but its fixed now
