I just bought my first BMW, got a E92 335i, 118k miles, $8000 cash.

I bought it third party, and have somewhat of a clue of what im doing, and enough money to fix any issue I cant. I love the car, my first fast car as im used to new hyundai sonatas and trucks. The guy I bought it from owned his own shop and claimed it had no leaks (I was shocked, I had been looking at these cars for a little while). It was his personal car for 6 years, but then he bought an aston and a newer 650i, so it sat for a while.

Took it to get third party inspected, and she was "dry as a nun". Guy told me he put a middle of the road intercooler in, a BOV, metal charge pipe, a MHD, and transmission tune (cant remember which one), replaced lpfp (not hpfp), its got aftermarket headlights, and some body pieces. The interior is sun damaged on the wheel, shift knob, and theres a tear or two in the driver seat (not that bad).

Im just curious if I paid too much for the car.

For the topic, depends of the trim level. if its a base , base color, already moded and auto E92, bah, not the most desirable car.

I dont know your market, but to give an idea, in 2022 I got a fully loaded 335xi (mpack, individual, comfort, executive, leather, etc), 09, 6mt, 116k KM, 7000$ cad. casshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
