Dark red engine oil N47 135kw engine

Hello,

After the last service on my car, the mechanic warned me that the engine oil had turned out to be a dark red colour, which he had never seen in any car before.

The oil that was put in was Total Quartz Ineo 5W-30 with LL-04 specification. At about 3000 miles I noticed a lack of oil, possibly due to a leaking valve cover. At that time I topped up with MOTUL X-Clean EFE 8100 5W-30, adding 1 litre of this oil to the engine.
My engine oil change interval is every 5000-6000 miles.

Could there have been some chemical reaction between those two oils that caused the oil to turn red?

Knowing the problems with this engine, I suspect a crack in the cylinder liner/engine block (God I hope not). There is no extraneous sound coming from the engine, the car does not throw white smoke either when the engine is cold or when it is hot. It runs and drives perfectly. There is no sign of oil in the coolant expansion tank.

I have attached a photo of what the oil in the engine looks like.
