Vibration in clutch pedal when depressed

Recently i bought e92 320d n47 177hp. About 2 weeks ago dual-mass flywheel fell apart, I replaced everything flywheel, clutch, throw out bearing, even the clutch fork with Luk clutch set. Drove car normally for around 300 kilometers for clutch to bed in, everything was fine until i went on highway and accelerated to 150 kmh, not even full throttle shifted gears around 3k rpm, and after drive on the highway i started to fell vibration in the clutch when clutch is depressed all the way in, and when clutch is pressed and throttle is applied you get more vibration as the rpms go up. Its like you can feel engine rotation through the clutch pedal. Car shifts normally, drives normally, you just get annoying vibration in the clutch pedal when clutch is depressed even when shifting gears there is vibration. Im guessing that somehow either pressure plate or release bearing failed. Did anyone have similar problem or knows what could be the problem?
