Just checking if these 2 piston f series rear calipers will work with the standard 300 x 20 rear discs on my E90 or i would need to purchase larger discs

These are not F Series Calipers. These are from 135i E8*.

You would need the correct discs for them.

For a E90 320d LCI M Sport, assuming the correct rotor, will the hub the handbrake fit correctly? My handbrake is manual lever not electronic brakes (not sure if this info matters).

if you have correct rotor then you handbrake is fine
