misfire/fueling? issue

Hey guys, new member here! first off, im very happy to be a part of this awesome community, so what better way to become familiar with you guys than by purchasing a used n54
anyway, at cold starts i am misfiring and having a bit of shaking/erratic idle. after about 10 seconds of the engine running the rpm's shoot up to about 2k and it throws misfire codes on either cyl 1, other times its on 2 and 3. i also get a 2DED code (power management, closed circuit current violation) along with a shadow 2AAF code (fuel pump plausibility)
the car idles perfectly fine and still pulls hard when i clear the codes and let it get up to temp, although sometimes at WOT i do get limp mode (no half engine illumination, but the car only reads 4 lbs of boost in mhd) at idle the rail pressure sits around 700 and the low pressure sensor reads 50-60.
I have already done the coils, plugs, and a walnut blast. There was zero fuel smell or moisture on the plugs, so i dont think its leaking injectors. the car is only stage 1, with intakes, charge pipe/bov. 115k. any help is much appreciated!
