Service engine soon o2 sensor problem

Ok my mods are catless downpipes, jb3, RR o2 sim and RR intake.

I was getting this SES light coming on and off for about 1 week, then it stayed on steadily for a solid week. Got the code read and its p0140 (Bank 1 sensor 2, O2 sensor circuit no activity deteced).

Basically i then took off my previous jb2 awaiting for my jb3. The code went away when i didnt have a chip in my engine. Ran a couple days without the JB and the code finally came back! ughhh.

So i installed JB3 and code is still here, is this damaging my car severly?

Probably getting it fixed within the next couple days. Just wondering if i could be giving myself some serious problems.
No colored smoke from the exhaust(not running lean or rich).

I have been driving the car quite hard out of excitment for the jb3...

Bank 1 sensor 2 means POST cat. Your 02 sim is not working properly Sam.

Not being able to pass emissions would be reason enough to fix it.

lol with catless downpipes i doubt i will pass emissions regardless. hahaha.

Do you think its actually o2 sensor broken or just the downpipe fix sim?

Most likely the sim.

Or, check the connector. Mine was loose and caused a code. I just about replaced the sensor but when going to pull the old one I found the connectors was just loose.
