adjusting camber on E92

I think i read about Carlos getting his camber adjusted - can anyone tell me is it a simple process - i've had enough of my car eating tyres on the inside after circa 5000 miles, and i'm gonna relieve some of the negative camber....

so how do we do it on the E92?

thanks in advance

Ross
