Help finding a rim paint shop for time attacks

I want to get a red lip painted on my CSL's (time attacks) but after searching for a good hour I didn't come up with much locally, less than 1 1/2 hour drive. Anyone on here know a good paint shop or rim shop, etc, that is close to Orange County,NY?

Edit- 3/11 - I can't find anyone around me, the one person that said they could do it said they would have to paint the whole outside of my tired and I don't want that. I really don't want the stick on ones if I don't have to get them.

I thought most of the time attack rims had red "decals" on the edge..

Forgive me if its a Stupid answer,

I don't know upstate that well, and Orange county is a pretty big area, but don't you have those OCC chopper idiots over in Mongomery, Figure there has got to be a wheel guy they use in that area as well, that should be more then able to handle putting a red stripe on some wheels

Bumping this up again, just to check before I put them on.

I can't find anyone around me, the one person that said they could do it said they would have to paint the whole outside of my tired and I don't want that. I really don't want the stick on ones if I don't have to get them.
