Car not starting with Procede v3 REV1

Installed everything like in the install video and double checked everything and car will not start.

All the car does is crank and nothing happens. I reinstalled it because I taught I did something wrong and it still did the same thing...

Any idea what can be wrong?

Thank you

There are a number of mistakes that could have been made during the update. Your best bet is to contact us via phone or email, and we will help you troubleshoot. The message board is not a very good place to try to rectify problems. If you send me your number, I can contact you, as well.

Cheers,
Dustin-

Had this happen to me. The power wires were not in the right location (green connector). Watch the install video closely (pause it a few times), it is very easy to hook it up wrong. The result for me was the car would just crank and never start. Fixed the wires and it started right up.

Ya, I would say to check the battery connection, but that should be a no brainer.....If that wasn't the cause, then I would just disconnect/reconnect all the plugs to make sure EVERY single one of them is tight.

Long day. Read his post again. He said it would crank but not start (original poster never said the battery was disconnected). I had the same thing happen to me and the power connection slots were messed up in the green connector. The car would just continue to crank, but never start. It could be something else, but I had the exact same symptoms.

Guess this is why Vishnu likes people to contact them directly. This thread went in weird directions.

I have never seen a better example of why the forum is not a good place for troubleshooting.

FWIW, I called the OP, and he didn't pick up. Maybe he sorted the problem.

Wires installed wrong. I had a similar issue, the PnP harness was wired incorrectly, I swapped them around and it fired right up.
